Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the DeeDee application (“Application,” “Service,” “we,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service purpose
The Application provides access to adapted self-help techniques intended to support mindfulness, emotional state, self-regulation and everyday difficulties related to attention and overwhelm.
Important: DeeDee is not a medical or psychotherapeutic tool and does not replace consultation with a qualified doctor, psychotherapist or other mental health professional. The Service is intended solely for self-help, awareness and support in daily life.
2. Age restriction
The Service is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Registration and use
Registration may be required to access extended functionality. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update it when necessary. You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, violate third-party rights or act contrary to these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and paid content
Access to DeeDee is offered through an auto-renewable subscription (“Premium Access”) on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the store account used to purchase them. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
Prices may vary by region. The final local price and billing period are shown by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm purchase.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that using the Service will lead to improvements in your emotional state, productivity or other results.
6. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our current Privacy Policy. Website analytics and marketing choices can be changed through Privacy choices below.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms. The current version will be made available through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Intellectual property
Materials in the Service, including text, instructions, illustrations and audio, are our intellectual property or are used on a legal basis. They may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without written consent.
